First sorry is this has been posted a thousand times before but i cant find the answer, 04 reg VRS fabia the passenger side door wont lock when i lock the others dam button stays up, the others lock and the alarm sets so if the passenger door is opened the alarm goes off, pain in the bum. I have to go round to the passenger side open the door press the button down which locks all the doors but doesnt set the alarm (handy if you are leaving a dog in the car by the way) then press the key fob to set the alarm, any ideas before i set it on fire, thanks all.

How are you locking it each time? with the fob? if so silly question have you tried locking using your key? might be something simple as a locking solenoid? or poor connection on one?

Mostly with the key fob yes, it did work ok for a while when i had a new battery fitted but has gone bad again.

By that you mean a new battery fitted to the keyfob right?

Also, if you use the key physically in the lock does it lock / unlock ok everytime??
