...first I need "The switch" and some extra parts, if idea will work and be good enough, will post "know how" on this...

But I need part number first...;)

So, anyone?

Being able to open the boot (the saloon hatch on the Twindoor) from the drivers seat just as a passenger arrives at the car with a handful of shopping would be neat!

I love approaching my car and pressing the middle button on the remote so that the boot opens all the way by itself!

Not tried it, but can you open the boot from the key whilst sitting in the car?

Yes, but youn need to hold key in your hand, not in the ignition keyhole...while press the button for openning rear hood (only half)

Ahhh, so you want to keep your engine running AND open the boot (rear half)?

Yeah, that would be neat!

Although I'm guessing the reason it is set up the way it is now is so that you don't accidentally hit the button at 70mph in lane 3!
