My dash pod cover has cracked can just change that it or the it all and can my mileage be on a second hand one

You can get a donor dashpod and take both apart and swap the internals over, then refit. they are only held together with clips and quiet easy to disassemble.

Stupid question, but could I swap it for one with a trip computer? Mpg etc would be nice
