Been quoted 1350, 1096 and 1067 to do the main jobs and the best prices garage said they would investigate the fuel pump properly before replacing to first. Much happier with that.

Car has been seen by DATSC in Barry.

Nothing wrong with turbo or fuel pump at all. Fixed the suspension that has bugged me since I owned the car and told me whoever fitted the last cambelt did it wrong - not adjusted properly and it was missing a tooth.

Car is a dream to drive again and pulls like a train more so than it used to but that could always be placebo.

Anyway I'm only £800 lighter and that covers a good chunk of major work so I'm set for another four years of easy motoring now. Very, very happy.
