I'm looking at buying a pressure washer but don't really know what to go for? I'm looking for one that's reliable, runs off a drum as I have no outside tap and reasonably priced? What do people have? And how do you find them? Thanks in advance.

No...The white bottle is not a snow foam lance.

Its just a bottle to apply cleaning fluid/APC/TFR

You will need to buy a Snow Foam Lance and Snow Foam
