Free Servicing Same Dealer?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I purchased an Octavia in December and got the 3 years free servicing deal with it. The car is now due it's first service. Does anyone know if I have to take it to the dealer I purchased it from or I can take it to another dealer and still claim the free service?

Thanks.

For a new car purchase under a SKODA offer, IIRC it's any SKODA dealer.

Who's to say you're not travelling/ away with work.

Only caveat might be if it was the purchasing dealers internal offer. Hard to track exactly what was in and not with so many vat, deposit, free this and that schemes in flight from skoda, skoda dealers and others.

I am travelling which is why I was asking actually :D . I think it was a Skoda offer at the time as it was in with the 0% deal. Thanks.

If it's a skoda offer, any skoda dealer. Brought mine in Dorset, better deal, but have it serviced in Aldershot, no issues as the car is registered on Skoda's system for service. Same offer 0% and 3 years or 30k servicing.
