Chipsaway and similar companies

Featured Replies

I have chips, scratches etc and would like some advice. I know Skoda do 'touch-up pens', are these really good? Or should I get a pro in?

If the option is pro, who do people recommend and what work have people have before, with cost and 'wish they had' please.

Thankyou.

Yes, I'm spending out on the Fabia, too much going wrong, windscreen booked for Tuesday.

I could do with somebody too now. managed to put a good scratch in my freshly smoothed off & painted bootlid on Saturday! :grumpy: :o

I've never got a good re4sult with a pen, so don't bother now.

Yep, agree with the posts so far. Chipsaway is a good bet if you find a decent franchise and at a reasonable price. From personal experience, both are becoming more difficult to find together.

My Dad used the guy locally about a year ago and was very pleased with the work. It was a top-notch repair and his attention to detail was excellent. So I recommended him to a friend at work who got a quote for a wheelarch scuff (from a gatepost) and I was amazed at the price, something like
