My Michelin PS3 are nearly dead

Bearing in mind the Octavia Mk2 generally comes out for special occasions and track days, how does the Sessanta stand up to track work

They are currently a snip at £72.45 per corner in 225/40/18 at Camskill

ive got them on my superb on the front, i have to say they are pretty good for grip but thats on the road.  id say they would be good on trackdays 

I've been running these for a while (road use only) and whist they are a very good tyre for the dose, I find them fairy soft and can't see them lasting too long. 

 

Of course, if £72.50 x? isn't an issue then I would. Very good at the start of their life and surprisingly good/OK (dry) towards the end.

He did, at Camp, however they must have had OK grip because he managed to save it.

 

For the track, the Federals are as good as any for the money IMO
