I have seen a recent flurry of 14 plates. Almost as if people order way too late and end up getting a car just before the next plate is out.

Far from it. I was looking at the new M135i or 125d, but thought my money was better spent (or not spent) on keeping my 330d and running it into the ground (not far to go!  ), so I can put towards a house deposit, rather than lose thousands over 12 months on some metal.

 

(Just don't mention my E30 - that really is burning money. Like inverse depreciation :(    )

My mates got a new M135....................heap of ****......................you can see where they have cut costs.............the bonnet was squint on his..........even my 13yr old Fabia has got better build in places than the BMW!.............  ......only reason I'm getting new is I've had my Fabia for 13yrs.......hope to keep the next car (VW Golf MK7 estate GT) for as long! 

I was listening to Chris Evans this morning and he had lots of texts telling him that new cars were being picked up today. However most of the texts failed to mention WHAT make and model of car was being collected! Quite funny really as Chris, being a car nut, was very frustrated!

Tried it mate, it wont work :(. Emptied the fuel filter twice too. Just too much water. Its horrible
