Hi All

I have a 2.0 Ambiente and have noticed that when i accelerate in 3rd(to 5th) past 3500 revs i get a surge of acceleration, a passenger remarked that it must be the turbo kicking in and was surprised when i explained that i dont have a turbo. Has anyone else come across this or can explain it. I'm not concerned by it and rather like having the little boost when i need it.

Auto or manual? I'd be tempted to say possible clutch slip. The wife's leon did similar until it let go.

Agreed sounds like the clutch has started to slip.
