Try a Rally Team, Ebay, Gumtree, extensive research on the internet.

Maybe just get a 1.8 or 2.0 Petrol Engine & gearbox out of any VW Group vehicle and use your fabricating, engineering & tuning skills and build it into a S2000 spec engine.

Be sure not to have one out of a Mk2 s2000 Fabia as sold by Skoda as that is 1,390 cc twincharger.

If youre asking where to get an engine and gearbox for your own car, in the same thread lookin for investors into your "global skoda tuning company" it doesnt bode well for your research or knowledge of the business market you want us to help fund for you.....
