Mine fog light lens d/s/f cracked a few month back still works, I'll leave it until it starts to fall out completly................

Is it the heat from the lens? If so don't use them. How many times a year do you need them (1,2) OR are you a boy racer who has them on illegally !!! If you are, no offence, but .... LOL

I broke one on my Galant (stone chip I presume) - I discovered it whilst cleaning when the broken edge sliced through my finger down to the bone ! I almost had to drive myself to casualty as the sight of all the blood made SWMBO feel faint.
