Just wondered what the best spark plugs are to use for the vrs and also at what gap they need to be at?

Was thinking of getting NGK iridium plugs

I've always run said NGK's without a problem (stage 2 mapped etc).

 

I also run the same plugs in my rally car (revs to 9k) and never had one fail.

i think ngk plugs are just fine. don't worry about the gap if you use the right ones for the octy vrs. they have a handy spark plug selector app thing on their website,  you get a few options from them:recommended and upgrade(here you probably will find the iridium ones). i just use the oem ones from the dealer but then again i just have the 1.6 so performance plugs wouldn't do that musch. hope it helps

I used NGK PFR6Q. Out of the packet, straight into my engine. Done.
