New owner saying hi from Oxfordshire.  Picked up the car this evening and first 50mile drive home was very impressive.

 

The cars a 09 4x4 Superb CR TDI Elegance in an anthracite type grey with black leather.  Extra options seems to be hidden tow bar, heated rear seats, 10 speaker system and probably some others i've missed.  50k miles with cambelt change and alot of recent consumables so hopefully good to go for a while yet and bought privately.

 

Technically its the wife's new car but compares very well to the brand new 508 top spec SW i just got as a company car......so she may have some competition!

 

My last VAG group car was a fully loaded VW Phaeton so whilst not quite a direct comparison the Skoda definitely sits above the Passat i last had and not miles behind the big VW.

 

Will be looking at obvious upgrades, firstly i suspect new style Skoda badges front and rear and wheel centres......

 

no doubt i'll be looking for advice over the coming weeks so thanks in advance,
