Ordered an Elegance estate 1.4 TSI DSG Metal Grey (+ Columbus & Canton) last week of July (from buyanewcaronline) - was quoted 12-14 weeks, and just heard today that it's being delivered next week, so will be exactly 14 weeks.

 

This thread (& others!) had got me a little worried that I wouldn't see it until next year (especially as it wasn't direct from a dealer). Now all excited!!

I ordered my L&K estate on the 6th August , also from buyanewcaronline, with a similar delivery date but as yet I have not been given a firm date although it was showing an estimate of 4 weeks just over 2 weeks ago. I'm keeping my fingers crossed now !!

I picked the car up this morning,

Mine's apparently been sitting at Emden since 23rd October, the Thursday of its build week (43). Skoda UK now intervened and say that it is promised to be on one of 3 ships arriving in UK this weekend! No one can tell me why it hasn't been shipped in the past 3 weeks, but SUK has promised to "open a case" to investigate.

Well mine went from Port of exit to ship then back to Port of exit....then back to a ship and now at Grimsby! That is why it is so important to keep chasing.

Dealer and I are going to be on Skoda UK's back until it's here. It does seem that the squeaky wheels get oiled first ☺

Indeed, though it won't be long now for either of us!! mine should be here this time next week. However I will believe that when I am driving mine home.

Ordered mine 3 weeks ago. Due 2nd-3rd week in jan. Actually earlier than i wanted it, march 15!

Skoda bought it forward as its a confirmed sold order. The horror stories documented on here did concern me.

Ordered mine VRS Challenge on the 15th October. Received an update from my dealer that my car is comming 25th-28th November. Fingers crossed and can't wait :clap:

Don't be too worried, TBH most of my issues were mis-communication, which was not helped by my increasing excitement !

The dealer sent me a sneaky preview picture last night!  I'm going to collect it sometime this week.
