I've an non resonated Milltek and it drones but sounds great outside.I would say if you have a family don't get the non resonated one.

I've got milltek turbo back inc sports cat non resonated tempted to go non resonated not sure how loud that would be tho

I've got the Milltek cat-back non-resonated mated to a Pipewerx 3" DP with 200 cell sports cat.

I'm tempted to go resonated in the future to quiten it down a bit.

Loud then lol

Lol.

It's not massively loud; it's quite subtle when rolling along on every day driving. It's the noise on boost which notches the sound up a bit lol. It does sound great, a real change in exhaust note when the boost comes in.

I just wonder would I prefer a more muffled tone.

Any sound clips

I'll try and get a clip up this weekend.

What about a full miltek system including down pipe and de-cat if you know a friendly MOT tester supposedly sounds awesome,

Just wait a mo for the No you cant do that police :finger:  :finger:  to arrive

I've that combo and on boost its great but too loud for the family :(

Indigo gt have 15% off any Miltek exhaust

i got mine from an apr dealer here in oz.  they import it from the US (apr headquarters).

look for the mk5 vw jetta (2.0T or GLI) system - it is an exact fit.  the part number is FE100021.

no cutting/modification required.

it is important u get the system with the right catback section.

the catback section on the golf gti is different.  the downpipe is the same for both however.
