anyone have 17" spiders on lowered suspension (not coilovers)

Featured Replies

hi:)

i have a set of 17" spiders i'll be fitting to my fabia, i'm tempted to just buy a non adjustable suspension kit, as tbh i've had coilovers a few times on other cars and i stick them on initially adjust them, then never actually adjust them up or down again..

you can pick up the ap suspension kit for £230 ish which has a 25mm drop on the stock vrs suspension, does anyone have pics a vrs with spiders fitted with a suspension kit rather than coils?

thanks in adavance

Yep I have mine, sorry I'm not much of a pic whore but a few pics in my gallery, can take more if you need

A bit high at the rear in this pic, it was either recent after fitting (so yet to settle down) OR just because of the kerb

Nice one cheers guys.

Think I'll just get the normal suspension kit tbh.

What bilsteins are you running? Looking at b4 shocks myself.

You mean not lowered ?

Will look ghastly unless its lowered with 17s. Please tell me you mean standard lowered suspension!

I'm not exactly a mod crazy kinda guy, I'm not remapped (yet, but cashflow next year may change that!), but couldn't bear the stock suspension to be honest

(well ride quality yes the standard suspension works best, but looks bloody awful though so don't mind the compromise of comfort lowered plus obviously it handles a million times better when not in the sky
