Yesterday I was driving my re-mapped Fabia vRS and suddenly it dropped all power, it didn't even make any noise. I noticed there was a leak coming from the intercooler and smoke from the engine as well, some smoke from the exhaust too. Please help, Thanks.

Check under the bonnet for any cracked hoses or a pipe blowing off, it's a known thing.

In my experience, if its black smoke, its more than likely a boost leak probably caused by a hose being split or popping off. White smoke would point towards the turbo, as would oil dripping from the exhaust (happened to me).

When I start the car the engine judders, then cuts out straight away then when I check the panel filter there's oil all over. Any clue guys?

Yes, the turbo's blown, sorry to sound like a catastrophist but it clearly has.

 

On the lighter side, try changing your fuel filter, it must be blocked! 

Sounds like a failed turbo to me, oil is breathing heavily out of the crank case breather and into the filter.

Replacing mine at minute. Not a bad job!
