What does a customer copy of the Skoda pdi report look like? I am having difficulty in obtaining a copy from my dealer - does this suggest a problem? Thanks.

They aren't generally supplied to a customer. The PDI sheet will be printed off by the service advisor or front counter (normally) from ELSA. This is then kept with the job card and issued to the technician. The tech will carry out the PDI and fill the sheet in as he is working. He will then write up the job card and the whole lot gets costed and filed.

Check oil level yourself and check they have removed the blocks fronm the Suspention ( if Sport Suspention )

 

My local dealer left ours in on the Wife's Blueline and the dip stick didn't reach the oil.    :no:

The handover proforma clearly states ensure that the pdi report is passed to the customer. I got one with my Black Edition and my wife got one with her Yeti.
