as above guys since i had the car painted the central locking been playing up now the n/s front door is locked and it won't open at all any suggestions how i'm going to open it plzz? driving me mad!

correct and if i pull handle from the inside the button comes up and then goes straight back down when i release it

Locked on the deadlock! Had this on my back door! Had to cut a hole in the lock and locate the gear that spins the lock motor to unlock and turn it with a screwdriver, there's a guide in the guide section mate

Plenty of percussive adjustment whilst operating the unlock from the key or lock.  When opened, disconnect the lock at the pillar wiring.
