I usually change when the weekly forecast shows all days with a high under 10, which works out near the clock change date.

Just seen some tests were done at summer temperature. Performance results were about 10% less than summer tyres in warm conditions. Summer tyres 50% of the performance of winters in cold conditions.

Could you post or link some of these findings. I'm trying to convince the missus of the benefits of winter tyres.

This one is my favourite, as it kills two birds with one stone.
