as above my cars really struggling to start i have to keep the key turned for about 5 seconds then it will idle but not rev after a few more seconds it revs and goes fine ive recently put new injectors in her im thinking maybe its the seals they are new but its the only thing i can think of anyone else got any ideas got no lights on dash light up either

seem perfect m8 its all the time even when warm u gotto keep cranking it and finally it will run but wont rev for a few seconds then its fine

Sounds like a injector seal problem hopefully, and not a cracked head.

Both can cause starting issues, as the diesel runs back.Worth checking all your fuel pipe connections too.

Did a full injector seal change on my bruvs T5 Van and that sorted his out :)

I would get it sorted asap, as if the injector seals fail badly your engine will run on the engine oil, it will rev flat out even with the ignition off until either it burns all the engine oil or you let the clutch out in gear with your foot firmly on the brake, neither is a good idea :)

i put new seals in last week was running fine till lastnight got another new set of seals gunna have a look tomorrow

vcds got robbed car was running fine for over a week gunna change the tandem pump tomorrow as i got a spare
