Hai

Today my Skoda octavia mk1 1.8t VRS showed a lot of unusual things , I had parked the car for two months as I was out of station , just start the car and had a drive , but the entire interior light system was twinkling and while putting the power window down /up the car is complete shutting off , what's the problem

I'm worried

Sounds like battery or alternator issues. Have you checked the battery voltage with the car running and not running ?

Car battery is brand new

How can we know that alternator is the issue ?

Voltmeter on battery check current charge and when running.

Brand new as in battery bought yesterday? If so maybe its not quite connected right?

As above,

Brand new now and checked for being fully charged,?

or Brand New 2 Months ago before the car was parked up.

Check the terminals for tightness, and be sure the Battery is fully charged, and taking a charge.

Just checked the battery , no problem at all ,

But while adjusting the interior light brightness it's not working properly ,

While putting the two power windows together , the car is switching off and on automatically

Try a different battery?  Sounds power related...

When running what is the voltage at the battery?

Are you saying that you car can stop and start itself without turning the ignition key, but by simply operating the windows?

Maybe the internal lighting amplifier (or dimmer) is faulty.  When the car was parked up did it get wet?  Water ingress into the doors?  However I would guess that maybe the battery, alternator, main power cables (or fuses) are the cause of all of the electrical issues.

When you the car is switching on and off when you operate the windows, do you mean the display on the dash is going on and off with the engine not running?

All your comments so far say to me that you have intermittent or high resistance 12V feed to most circuits, probably battery load dependant. You need to use a multimeter to trace where the volt drop is occurring.

What happens if you just turn on the ignition switch (but don't start the engine) and then put on the headlights on full beam. If they are dim then measure the voltage at the battery. If it is 12V or more, then measure the voltage at the fuse box. I suspect you have a corroded connection on one or more of the fuses. Check also for voltage drop at earth terminals on the body and engine.

If the voltage at the battery is less than 11.5V then the battery is dud or not being charged. The later can occur when the cable from the alternator overheats at the connection in the battery mounted fuse box. Normal sign is melting of plastic parts in the fusebox due to overheating. If this is so, then the alternator cable should be replaced as "black death" corrosion will have travelled some distance down the cable and will overheat again sometime in the future.

Yes mate the car become fully wet and water gets inside

While putting both windows up the full light system is switching off and getting on , same time the engine is shutting off and on very fastly

Have a look in the small fuse box on top of the battery see if anything is melted or untoward
