That's what I sealed my rear doors with in 2012, and it's been as dry as a bone ever since.

Any decent roof and gutter sealant. ISTR mine's made by Soudal. The tixylix stuff ought to be better though.

Plumbers Gold is what i used.  I found some on ebay and there's a shop in Ebbw Vale that sells it, its by the train station if your ever up this way, prob take you 10-15 mins to get to the shop from Blackwood.

Plumbers Gold can be bought from toolstation should you have one near you.

+1 for plumbers gold,it can be used on wet surfaces so is ideal.
