Good morning.

I bought a wiper motor for an estate by mistake but I nnedded one for a hatchback.  Is there a good alternative to buying a part from skoda/tps?

I will also be selling the estate motor - I guess fro £50.00 if anyone is interested.  It is a Chinese made part.  It works but is incompatible with the hatchback.

Sounds good.  The internal plumbing leaked on my original and corroded the gear mechanism.  The electrics were not damaged.  Unit worked ok until I took it apart but it did lead washer fluid into the boot.  I take it yours has no leak?  If so how much do you want for it?

Anyone know of an alternative to getting one from Skoda/TPS.  Don't fancy being torn a new arsehole.  Maybe another member has one for sale or knows a website that supplies them.

I bit the bullet and picked up one of those after going through 3 used ones in a year, all ending up with problems. And that one is still good 3 months later, it's a record!
