what did you spend the other £111.02 on ?

Most of it was for the garage 2 LED hand lamps, a set of Jump leads, some work gloves, a pair of steel adjustable trestle's, trainers, work trousers, padded shirt.

I'd spend it on their Champagne. It's bloody cracking stuff and only £12.99 a bottle!

Their Prosecco is top drawer too & only £7.49 a bottle.

Hic!

Next you'll be driving a superb  :D

I must admit that I quite fancy owning a Superb estate. Just think of how much Aldi Champagne & Prosecco you could get in the boot! ;-)

Managed to pick these up today. Happy days.

I've been today and picked up 120x70 microfibre 'shower towel' for a bargain £3.99

Also got the full car cover for £9.99 just in case I bother with it this winter on the Octavia, which doesn't get used much

What are people's views on car covers, good or bad?

Ok if you don't use it outside

I would worry that wind and subsequent movement will scratch the paintwork

Yeah. Thats what worries me about them.

Could cause more damage than they save

That was my worry, but I thought for a tenner it's got be worth trying

I bought a cover too, but I literally only plan using it when the forecast is freezing overnight as it will mean a lot less work in the morning to get the car safe to use for work.  I won't be using it regularly at all for reasons already stated,

A tenner plus the cost if a stage one detail to put it right? Haha
