Fuelly Fuel Monitoring? MPG

Featured Replies

Hi, are any members using Fuelly to monitor their MPG from their Citigo?

So far our Citigo ASG has had 12 fill ups and we have seen its much better than we were warned on the forum.

The is a knack to driving the ASG, and believing its similar to a traditional automatic will people disappointed.

We are very happy with the average 54.3mpg on the first 12 tanks

Our highlight is 489.8 miles from 41.20 litres

Could owners confirm how large the citigo fuel tank is? I think its 42litres, but read 35litres online

Thanks

35 litres, but a tiny bit more can be squeezed in.

35 litres, but a tiny bit more can be squeezed in.

We are regularly getting 39 to 41 litres into the tank once the fuel warning light appears - yes we use different filling stations

I read online that you can get Citigo (maybe have been Up!) with 42litres.......ASG?!?

I do not use Fuelly, just accurate Brim to Brim and even Venting on Occasions in a Fabia.

I am confused by that first Fuelly Link where there are between 10 - 11 Gallons being shown. 45.46 litre - near 50 litres.

Can someone explain please how that is if it is Imperial Gallons, 4.546 litres to a Gallon.

you have to click at the top to UK units

Me,

See my sig for the fuelly stats.

Bear in mind that i have the 16" serpens wheels which i think hurt the MPG quite a bit considering my driving style - normally I bottle it and refuel around 400 miles when the trip computer shows zero miles left.

The trip computer normally shows ~60mpg over a tank which seems to be early 50s calculated.

biggest fillup ive had has been 36l.

Almost the same as my Fuelly average for our Mii ASG – 54.8mpg over 14,000 and 16 months.

Still need to understand how we are getting 39 to 41 litres into a fuel capacity of 35litres

We only fill up when the fuel warning light goes on and the trip computer shows range circa 30-40miles

last 3 fill up have recorded since the last picture have recorded:

447.3miles @ 49.16mpg

461.6miles @ 52.87mpg

423.5miles @ 52.02mpg

also last fill up allowed for 41.36 litres. I seriously doubt the citigo all come with 33litre tanks

how do I link my Fuelly to my signature line please?

Click on you user name top right, click on My Profile, then edit profile.

Left hand column select signature.

You then need to go to your Fuelly page and select the "Share your UK MPG" bottom right of page click under it "view all badges and stuff you can share".

From there you  copy the banner with your info then paste into your edit signature box on here as I described above.

You should have a banner like mine in the sig.
