Fabia 1 fuses

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a 2008 Fabia 1 Tdi 80 and I see that the manual clearly states what each fuse is for but nowhere does it tell you what the correct fuse rating should be for each of those fuses.

I have the long fuse box down by the drivers right knee (its a right hand drive car).

Any help here would be appreciated

That's a MK2 Fabia.

Hi

My car is a Mk 1 according to the reg document...2008. Lee, the fuse board looks nothing like the pic you put on here for me mate

Because your car is a Mk2 Fabia.

Does it look like the picture in the link you posted? Mk2 shape? Google image Mk1 Fabia and compare with yours.

First you have to decide what mark your car is. I'd suggest you look at some photos. From the year of yours it's a MK2, as MK1  ceased in 2007.

http://car-fuse.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/skoda-fabia-fuses-box.html shows A mk2 Fabia ,and IF you scroll down the page ,unless I;m mistaken in my dotage, there's a list stating fuse number and use ( "No --Power user"), e.g.    ,fuse 11 is  Mirror adjustment. The inner cover shows a picture of the use with number, meaning you can locate the fuse, so it's replace like for like. FIG 143 SHOWS A SCHEMATIC of the fuse box for LHD & RHD vehicles.

It's the stupid Skoda trim level issue of the MkII again. You have a MkII trim level 1. Later they changed trim spec from 1, 2 & 3 to S, SE, and Elegance I think.
