As anyone had their vrs remapped at awesome gti? I've just been on their website and seen they do maps for £150 are they any good?

My brothers Golf GTTDI smokes like an absolute chimney with the awsome GTi remap, dont have to put your foot down much either before it starts. That said its been on 2 years and has been fine, try pming faboka vrs on here about one of his remaps as he is well known

I've had a awesome remap on my fabia for 2 years never had any trouble at all apart from needing a clutch a few weeks after!! It does smoke a bit above 3,000 rpm but I'm running a full turbo back Pipewerx exhaust with no cat!! Not to sure on figures as I've never had it on a rolling road!! Pulls really well can't complain for the money but it is only a generic map not custom!

Had 2 vRS's now with the awesome maps and I cannot fault them for the money. Car pulls good from low down the rev range but not too harsh so it's friendly on the clutch.

Made decent power too, 182bhp and 277lbs ft, also managed a 15.9s on the 1/4 mile, very little smoke also so overall a thumbs up from myself
