Hi i own a fabia vrs 2004 which has now got error code p0600, my dash is all lit up and i have no power steering, i cannot locate my relays as they are not above my fuse box on the drivers side of the dash can anyone please help....

Power steering fuse is on top of the battery box under the lid.

The relay board is more or less directly behind the light switch. If you remove the switch and its connectors (instructions in the link below) you can probably see the relay in question.  To get to it you need to remove the lower dash panel. Instructions for this are in this thread.
