Clearing a Climatronic Fault Code

Did an air con recharge but it still wasn't working so ran the climatronic self diagnosis, yielding error code 333 09h - low refrigerant pressure or faulty high pressure switch.

Replaced the high pressure switch and air con now working (yay!) Ran the self diagnosis and the same error code is still there. Is there something that must be done  to clear an error code from the system?
