Weird request I know, but please have a look at the following two pics.

1) Spare wheel tools:

I've added the bulb kit myself, but keen to know if there's anything else missing from the spare wheel tool set, as there looks like one or two more voids in the polystyrene.

I have the jack, tyre iron, towing eye, double-ended screwdriver and handle, plastic tweezers, circular wire thing, locking wheel nut,

2) Engine Bay:

Any engine covers etc missing from the engine bay?

Looks good to me. Same as mine minus bulbs.

I have polo tsi as well which is the same engine setup.

From memory I'm sure our tool kit also has a small 'L' shaped screwdriver, will check in the morning.

 

Should be spaces possibly for a detachable tow ball as well.

 

Engine bay looks similar (don't believe the baby TSI has ever had a cover in any Skoda model), just missing the green paint

Mine has engine cover.  Think Skoda stopped that after the 1st models

mine an SE 1.6 TDI May 2013 model LIFT BACK not Space back

As I thought we also have a small L shaped screwdriver.

Nice one - thanks. Now you say it, I think one of those voids in the tool holder is definitely the right shape for the removable tow ball (not fitted on my car).

I've already had to buy a replacement retaining strap for the tools after the original one mysteriously disappeared between me viewing the car and taking delivery (denied by dealership), so wanted to be sure nothing else had gone walkabout from the standard boot kit.

Thanks, but would be very surprised if the engine cover from a 1.6 diesel would fit the 1.2 turbo petrol.

Was just sayin I beleive they dont come with engine cover any more TSI DSG or whatever.
