Picked up a 2012 monte carlo last week and love it.

Great looking car and a pleasure to drive.

Always been into VWs, previously owning a mk4 golf gti and a mk1 golf rivage.

The wife's car packed in last week so we went car shopping and fell in love with the monte carlo.

The car is immaculate and drives spot on.

Anyway here is a few pics from a mini detail I gave the old girl over the weekend.

I cant believe how cheap the tax is, and it's cheaper to insure than the wife's old Ford ka :-)

Where abouts in Wales are you based? I lived in Cardiff for 9 years and loved it.

am moving to Pembrookshire in new year,  have VCDS genuine so if u want any help, will be available.

We are just buying a house 5 mins by the black mountains near Ammanford. Sounds like I will see more Monty's down there than where I am now.

 

Just as side note. I had the pull to the left issue on my 18 month old car. A friend I know got me some new tyres that are not directional. Stopped pulling now and drives like a treat.

Is it like vag com?

Yes. I love it down there, and all the family are there too. Looking forward to some time on the Brecon Beacons. Oh and my nice eatery, the scotch pine on the mountain with the wind turbines :-)

Its called 'anti hijack'. Locks when you go above 10kph (i think its 10) and unlocks when you pull the key out of the ignition.

Have a search around the forum before you go, see if theres anything else you fancy getting activated.

Dealer might do it, he might decide to be awkward. In which case, somebody else will sort it for you. Tuning specialist or somebody with VCDS

Increase number of signal flashes on indicacating
