Hi,

I own a Octavia 2.0 petrol (85KW) (K&N replacement just fitted) - 6 months old - 3500 kms. Off late I have seen the pickup is pretty sluggish - if I press the accel it kinda thinks for a minute before accelerating. Also, in first gear the pickup is not immedtiate unless the throttle is depressed more than normal.

I add petrol additive to my unleaded (20ml / 10 litres) (I am in India - additive - www.iftex.com - System G). Could this be causing a problem or is there anything else like a clogged fuel filter? I doubt the fuel filter as the car has been driven only 3000 kms!

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Also, are there any performance mods for this model, that are not exorbitantly :eek: priced?
