The 2 uppers left and right (mk2 octy 1.9tdi) for a competent diyer, I was watching them the other day when the local mechanic I use checking the timing. I've never saw such worn mounts in my life, how anyone can let them get to that state in beyond me

Shouldn't take long at all. Allow 2 hours tops.

It took under an hour to do both on my Fabia

Depends on how the olds come out..... Having dealt with landrovers in the past a 2 hour job can be 4-5 hours 

Spray the securing bolts with a good coating of wd40 or plusgas for 2 or 3  times over a week before you do the job will make life easier as it will slowly soak in overnight
