Is it OK to use the label remover on the back window with the heated screen?

Steve

I wouldn't think there'd be a problem Steve but here's the data sheet for you to digest.

I've banned my son from sticking tints on 'cos it seems to always fall on me to remove them at sale time!

Gt 85 will remove residue no problem

I'd be surprised if your rear window demister has escaped unhurt when you peeled the tint off, any time I've seen it done the tracks came away from the glass necessitating repair with silver conductive paint.

A petrol soaked cloth removes most adhesives easily, follow up with brake cleaner to degrease the glass.

Why not sell it with tints

Glue and tar remover was what i used, all of the rear of the car first thing i did when i purchased it took about an hour, Fine window scrapper on rear back windows nothing on the back hatch no damage to rear demist.
