Good starting price.

I think it's worth the money and time upgrading. I don't even feel any additional vibrations now it has bedded in.

What sort of difference is there over standard if you fit this without a remap?

None that matters at normal UK temperatures Summer time on the UK roads at NSL's.

No benefit in the UK winter either really.

Better for £250 - £500 to improve the Brakes & Handling, and for another £300 fit a Tuning Box.

Agreed.

Don't get me wrong, they are a quality upgrade, but unless you experience constant heatsoak and sapped performance, it may be worth investing your funds in other modifiactions? Money no object, go for it!

I only experienced heatsoak in my VRS once during summer... (Snakes Pass was pretty empty and I had nothing in front of me for 10 miles! ;-) )

Plus 1 Ally, they look nice, make you feel good but in reality, there not needed for everyday road driving or even spirited road driving. if you track it often, drag strips etc, and money isnt an issue, go for it.

Produced around 8 bhp more over stage 1 map so not a huge improvement. Before and after were on different rolling roads so difference could be more or less depending on how they were calibrated.

You've drove my car so you know what the map results are, also got the graphs so unless you're after something different then I'd certainly consider generic one. Be interested to understand what you what from it?

Your results are good buddy loved how the car performed.I can get a full custom map and rolling road about 2 miles away from my house for £350 the bloke been mapping for about 20 years now so he knows what he's on about.

Would the OEM intercooler be worth anything? If you took it off to put a new one on? Or just worth holding into it?

Wouldn't think so as not much to go wrong with them keeping the demand for new ones low. I'm just holding on to mine.
