The fuse for the rear wiper is the one into which I have tapped for my phone charging cradle.

I took Jonny5ive's advice on this many moons ago to power my BlackVue.

 

I connected a cigar lighter socket to the "bad boy" - into which I plugged the power supply to the BlackVue. 

Then I hid the entire plug/socket assembly behind the dashboard end panel.
