The now famous artdesicko is an si04 silica hybrid formulated to be able to protect automotive surfaces year round. As a hybrid of cristobalite and polydimethylsiloxane it creates a strong bond with the paint. Its characteristics are a deep wet gloss and hydrophilic water behaviour.

 

ArtDeShine's ArtDeWheel is a wheel coating, which provides anti-fouling of brake dust to wheels. This product is specially formulated with Siloxane and Silicone. These compounds help the product bond uniformly to the wheel and produce a durable coat, which prevents the bonding of brake dust under high temperature. The durability of the wheel coating is about 6 months.

 

ArtdeShine Nano Gloss Sealant V2 is newly formulated to give an instant, ultra deep gloss on automotive surfaces like paint, plastic, metal, chrome and on stickers. This new formula will also turn the surface hydrophobic to repel water.

Something for everyone.

You can lay down the ArtDeSicko coating on the car then layer over witness Nano Gloss spray or Obsidian to protect the sealant allowing it to cure fully. Much easier than waiting for use of a garage or a perfect sunny day. All the silica coating benefit much less fuss.

Introductions

The Artdesicko is formulated for the purpose of express sio2 coating for the car paint protection. In all seasons, especially in winter. This chemical can be exposed to water in one hour and during application, the temperature is not the issue.

The chemical select is to get a gentle and deep colour gloss once in contact. Both cristobalite and polydimethylsiloxane are used to get a hybrid process.

And to have water resistance and also a light gelation. This will make the coating functional better bonding to paint and also last longer.

Preparation for Pre coating

Pre coating preparation for the chemical application process is important as such the covalent bond is achieved. This bonding will eventually affect the durability of the coating on the applied surface. Below is the pre coating on all the surface needs to be treated with coating :

a. For Clear-coat.

A gloss paintwork

Swirl free

Oil free

Silicone free

Contamination free e.g. iron fouling free

Methods of application

a. Hand with Sponge

Wiping after application

a. Micro cloth (recommended 200grams)

Appliction Temperature

ArtdeSicko can be apply in any temperature.

Avoid direct sunlight!

Apply the coating in dry conditions and never in rain.

The coating is applied with an applicator.

Application Process

a. Before apply chemical ArtDeSicko ,Clean with alcohol or silicon remover o

b. Apply AerdeSicko on surface in circular motion, wait for 5 to 10 mins then buff off with the micro cloth.

c. Continue the process on the intended surface.

Curing Time

ArtdeSicko is dry-to-touch after about one hour.

Note:

Within 7 days you can wash the coating just plain water without shampoo. This will prevent any complication to the coating. Even rains on the first day after two hours upon application, the coating is still intact.

It is advisable not to wash the car with any harsh shampoo and APC or anything contains alcohol. This will damage the hydrophilic properties.

Try not to contact with water for the first two-hour. If contacted, make dry to prevent white spot.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Surfaces coated with ArtdeSicko should be

cleaned with cleaners in the pH range 3 – 6. Strong

(mineral) acids or alkalis should be avoided and are also

unnecessary as neutral cleaners are generally sufficient to

clean vehicles coated with ArtdeSicko.

Safety Precaution

The instructions on the accompanying Safety Data Sheet

must always be followed.

 Wear solvent-resistant gloves (e.g. butyl or nitrile

rubber gloves) when applying the product.

 The solution must not be mixed or diluted with other

solvents.

Artdeshine products are fantastic and really easy to use. I would have ordered these but I already got them from Matt

I've not got around to using these yet, however when looking at the artdesicko today there is some white solids in the bottom of the bottle. I have given it a good shake but they don't seem to mix back in. Is this normal?
