New rear wiper arm and blade for 2010-2013 6R Polo / 2012 - Golf

Featured Replies

I took a gamble on a new rear wiper arm and blade for a 2010-2013 6R Polo hoping it would fit my son's 9N 2006 Polo. However, it is actually too short for the older Polo.

The part number is 6R6 955 707 B, and it is new, and complete with a new blade, the last picture showing the blade fitting mechanism which is a press button.

I just want to cover my initial outlay of £10.

Edit: It is shorter than standard for a Fabia Mk1.

Thanks
Adam

It is!!  You mentioned the same part fitted your Mk1 Fab didn't you mate??

Edit: looks like it is also a bit short for the Mk1 Fabia sorry. Advert amended and apologies for confusion.

Now on eBay for £15 but will still do it at cost of £10 plus postage for a Briskoda member.

How long is it and what sized blade does it take?

My ibiza is a little bit smaller than a fabia, so might fit.

This also fits the latest generation Golfs, as I have seen the same part number on my mate's 2013 car.

I've realised the arm and blade is shorter due to the presence of the rear spoiler on the later Polos and Golfs, so am pretty sure its not suitable for other cars unless you are happy with a smaller clearance area.
