Just got a light out warning on the dash, A headlight bulb. What type of dipped beam light bulb do need for a 2005 octy elegance with the projector lenses?  Is it an H4?     :think:

halogen or hid?

 

halogen is H7

hid is D1s

 

Its in the manual if you have it. Are you sure its the headlight bulb? the bulb monitoring system measures more than just the headlight bulbs

Hi, Yeah drivers side headlight off, passenger one is on. Just normal halogen bulbs, So it's H7, Thanks for the reply Ryan.

Buy two, you tend to find the other bulb is also about to die too.

 

Some people only ever replace bulbs in pairs.
