H&R 35mm

Featured Replies

Was looking online at Eibach's as I know they don't invalidate warranty.

Found these on the same website. For the extra 10mm difference between them, do you think these will be okay to ask Skoda to fit, or will they only fit Eibachs?

They'd fit them and then say that any suspension problems occurring won't be covered under warranty. We only cover Eibachs blah blah blah :(

^^^ what he said.

how many problems have we had on citigo's with suspension though? as long as you are willing to pay if it goes wrong, why not ? :)

I have eibachs on my vRS, and a RARB (by H&R) and the rarb viods the suspension on the back, but you know what? If it went, I'd upgrade, I wouldn't want them to replace standard under warrenty, I'd buy some upgraded shocks, or some upgraded bushes ect :)

Very true and the Citigo is a very basic setup :)

Now that's my language!! So basically any suspension problems, I'd have to pay. But anything else is fine!

Looking underneath there isn't much to go wrong. Nice and simple :)

I just fear my garage will just go "no, no, no, no, no". But I just fancy lower. Especially as it plans to become show car next year!

Just get a decent independat specialist to fit them not your Skoda main dealer ;)

I second the local independent.

My car has to go in to get serviced, though, and they'll presumably comment on it?

doesnt matter, I take my vRS in for servicing at my local dealer, and it will have a FRONT anti roll bar on next time! lol

But is the car on a 3 year PCP scheme?!

ahhh no. I have bought mine on HP,  (loan) so its not pcp.....

I would check with the PCP people first, they may have a clause that doesn't allow modifying...... BUT they may say yes to skoda approved eibachs....

Might well have to be Eibachs! Thanks anyway, mate.

I think so, you will be better off if they check up on you!
