in the octy it is printed on a sticker on the floor of the boot...have a look in the fabia it might be in the same place

It's not clear but I think it's 9910? Is that right?

there are 7 (i think) shades of black magic all slightly diffrent some have more/less silver flake etc... where you have the paint being mixxed shoudl have swatches you can match up to your car ...if the code is not clear
