Race of champions

Featured Replies

Has anybody been watching the race of champions over on motors tv?. Those stadium trucks are insane, I want one

Forgot it was on...Doh.

I thought, given your location, this thread would be about getting F1 back to Brands?

Don't quote me, but I think it's repeated sometime tomorrow.

There are 2 events so it may be a repeat of the Nations Cup or it may be the RoC -

Ok - now I've checked Motors TV website

TODAY 1255 Nations Cup replay

TODAY 1600 Race Of Champions Live

Tommorow (Monday) 2000 ROC replay 2305 NC replay

Just watching RoC re-runs and I think they should pack it in.

I know it's back to it's roots like the old rally RoC days in the Canaries, but isn't it just uber dull with no stadium or crowd?

Quite a Division 2 cast of drivers as well - apart from Kristiensen and Solberg - in 2009-2011 there were 7 or more world champs in it every year.

This event needs to be back indoors at the a huge stadium in Europe to make it a spectacular event - just like Speedway GP at the Millennium in Wales.

Watched highlights, looked like good fun for the drivers but not so much for the public. Stadium would be much better indeed!

100% this.

Was very dissapointed with this years ROC compared with the last couple of years.

Only highlight was DC winning and Susie Wolff.........
