My nearside head light stopped workin the other week then mysteriously started workin again before i could fit a new bulb. Its been fine for about 3 week then today it went again? Bulbs fine, conections seam good. What do i check next?

Fuse. They can suffer intermittent issues like that

But wouldnt a fuse afect both headlights?

chech the ccm module that controls all lighting 

And that is found where?

Is this expensive to get a scan done?

The filaments in bulbs can fail, and then work again when the car goes over a bump etc.
