head light problems. what to check next?

My nearside head light stopped workin the other week then mysteriously started workin again before i could fit a new bulb. Its been fine for about 3 week then today it went again? Bulbs fine, conections seam good. What do i check next?

Fuse. They can suffer intermittent issues like that

If not most dealers charge either an hours labour or a flat 'diagnostics' fee of around £70 to plug the car in.

 

The filaments in bulbs can fail, and then work again when the car goes over a bump etc.
