Hey all. Im after getting a car cover to protect my car whilst its sat inside my garage. Anyone got one that they recommend? Something breathable ideally. Thanks

I got one from Machine Mart for my Golf, it is ok, flock lined but not sure if it breathes, shouldn't matter if it is inside your garage.

 

 I also got a real cheap one from Aldi, it is just like cheap tent material, covers the car as it should for £10

Yes mine breathes lol. Heard they were better that's why i stated it. Does the one from machine mart do the job ok? Just after it not being scratched and getting dirty.

Yes mate, the machine mart is ok, get a large or extra large one though, you have enough to tuck under the car then too.

Ouch lol! They look nuts. Think i will need a breathable sort as its abit damp inside my garage atm.

My mate has a Marcos GT in a carcoon or something similar, it has been in it for two years now, the atmosphere the bubble keeps is brilliant for storing in, the discs on the Marcos are still shiny steel, there is not even a hint of a rust spot from atmospheric moisture.

 

 As you say though, very pricey.

Seen a cover on amazon for £50 indoor breathable. No reviews though

ive got this.. works well i recently bought a tarpaulin from machine mart as my car is going on a mates drive and hes got trees so tarp first then this cover..
