Ahhh breathe again, leaving Southampton en route to Germany.....

My bet is that it is full of JLRs.

Would think you are correct on that one Weasley, or could be JLRs and BMW Minis, always loads waiting to be shipped to Europe.

Tony

She's the Hoegh Osaka carrying JLRs, Minis and earth moving equipment, an interesting combination if/when something breaks loose inside. With the possible exception of the earth moving equipment, her entire cargo will have shifted and is almost certainly now a write-off

She was bound initially for Bremerhaven to pick up BMW & VAG products and then onward.

Could also be Hondas I suppose. I said JLRs due to the sheer number of car transporter trucks full of Land/Range Rovers I see heading south on the A34 every day.

Didnt see that sorry.

Could mods please delete this thread.

Was it full of Fabia's that pull to the left?

That could be true if it was in reverse. As it banked to the right :D

According to the news Bentleys are also on board and the vehicle total is around 30 million, ouch!

Wonder who they're insured with - bet that has a knock on to next year's premiums!

My heart was in my mouth as it could have been some vehicles we were shipping.

Thankfully not.

1,200 jag landrover on it !

I no longer work at the docks so it's not my loading/ parking that caused this before anyone starts :p

I would assume they will employ a dutch salvage vessel that is equipped with a high powered water jet to blast the sand away from underneath  the hull.
