Want to install some led lights and am looking for the point in the engine where I can connect to the battery after the a cumulate...

The fuse box is where I'd go. It'll have space for new fuses to be added unless your car has everything on the spec list too, so it'll look and work as OEM. It also allows you to find voltage supplies that are on when the engine is on or permanently active with a bit of checking from a multimeter.

Back of the ciggy lighter is a favorite if you have one.

 

Assuming that's for the cabin, if it's for the exterior disregard.
