I love SWMBO's 5, it's like a proper back-to-basics sports car with no PAS, no ABS, no airbags, no LSD, just a motor, gearbox, propshaft diff and halfshafts all bolted to a light topless 2-seat bodyshell.

Cracking fun, there's not much point to point on a twisty country backroad that can keep up with me in the 5! I've really re-discovered both the art and the joy of just [i']driving[/i] rather than driving quickly. Major dilemma going on for me now.

Went with my brother to an MX5 RR day, his pulled 180bhp and is running way too rich with a SC, there was one that a very Rich guy had as a play thing and boy had he played with it....327bhp and he wants more :eek: I have driven my brothers car and with 180bhp in such a light car with a torsen diff I nearly SH** misen damned good fun though

sounds fantastic with a supercharger, reminded me of the old slightly post thunder saloon BTCC cars

I've replaced the O2 sensor with a wideband now, it feels a lot better Going back to Nobles when I've got a decent AFR map, fancy a head to head? Shame you couldn't get yours on the dyno on the day.
