I have joined this forum since I have been using Škoda for work purposes since January 2014, as Minicabs!

My first cab was a 2006 Octavia Classic hatch in dark blue. Despite over 260,000 miles on the clock when I took it over, it was a stomg performer on the basis of space, reliability and fuel economy… not to mention that it could overtake at a decent speed on a hill too!

Since May, I have been given a 2014 Rapid E TDI CR (105) which provides around the same space, but it is also lighter and faster. I am still using it today. It has already done over 48,000 miles!

I have also been driving a 2007 Octavia Laurin + Klement automatic estate which has its string of problems, but they should be fixed in time. Even so, it's a dream to drive.

I hope the forums can answer some of my weird and wonderful questions and niggles!
